Sets random number generator's seed.
int seed = 0
- Random number generator's seed. If =0 current time is used as seed value.
The random number generator produces pseudo-random sequences. Seed defines
the next value generated in a sequence. So you can benefit from this feature
identifying large series of numbers with a single seed value (eg. this
may be useful for maps/levels generation).
To position the random sequence at random point use 0 as seed value.
